As a former NCAA gymnast, Sandra understands what it takes to stand out. She founded Next Gen to guide gymnasts and families through the recruiting process with a clear strategy, strong communication, and measurable progress.

She was in your shoes only a few years ago and brings an athlete-first perspective & a strong coach network. She helps athletes showcase their brand, stay consistent with outreach, and turn interest into campus visits, offers, and commitments.

Erik is a former NCAA coach at Clemson and Utah State with years of collegiate experience. He is passionate about helping athletes grow in and out of the gym and brings leadership, energy, and a deep understanding of the recruiting process.

Since he was recruiting athletes previously in the NCAA, he knows exactly what coaches value, how rosters are built, and how offers come together.

Karrie is a 2x National Champion and former NCAA gymnast who competed for the University of Oklahoma, where she earned multiple All-American honors. She truly understands exactly what it takes to succeed at the collegiate level.

She brings a warm, encouraging energy to every athlete she works with and loves helping gymnasts communicate confidently with coaches, understand their opportunities, and find the right college fit. Her combination of NCAA experience and leadership makes her an incredible asset to families navigating the recruiting process.

Justin brings experience in both club and collegiate gymnastics. As a former Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Clemson University, he has firsthand knowledge of the college recruiting process and understands what it takes for athletes to stand out to college coaches.

Currently serving as Program Director at Premier Athletics, Justin is passionate about helping athletes navigate the recruiting journey and finding the right collegiate fit. His experience provides families with valuable insight, guidance, and support throughout every stage of the recruiting process.
